FASBEC, in partnership with the Dokolo district, TASO, and CDFU, has been able to fight malaria in the communities of Bata town council and subcounty by using VHTs and Health workers to reach the homes of the people most affected by malaria. The VHT’s of of Bata sub county were handing over the data collected from the community to Edward. The critical Gaps in the communities identified as most critical are: How and where Nets are put or hung, and the lifestyle of the community members. There is still a lot to do on lifestyle and sleeping under the NET.
